"Jumpin' Jamie has managed to traverse the difficult pathway between simple and difficult. Their debut CD, Kookie, delivers power-pop, parody, and positivity in equal measure." -GeekDad

"An album made with love for the peewee punks! This high energy album covers a range of relatable childhood themes as well as some nods to seminal kid moments for those who grew up in the 80s." -Eat The Marshmallow

"The best kindie musicians strike a tone that can be endearing, enthusiastic or challenging, but never patronizing.  Listening to “Kookie,” you can tell Jamie loves this style of rock, and knows their audience." - (cool) progeny

"This high energy album will have listeners rocking and rolling all over the house.” -Bookworm Bev

"The song is awesome. Seriously. Good luck getting it out of your la-la-la-head." -Tenor Dad (on "Astronauts Love")

"It's got an angular pop melody reminiscent of early Elvis Costello, with a la-la-la chorus -- it's a charming slice of kindie pop-rock." -Zooglobble (on "Astronauts Love)

"An album that rocks and is dedicated to social justice, collective morals, emotions, varying perspectives, community and inclusivity." - Eat The Marshmallow

"A big booster of free thinking and social justice, Jamie channels the rage of their punk and hard rock role models into messages of affirmation and personal growth. Kids will like Jumpin’ Jamie because the music fun and loud and they can sing the hooks. There’s an underlying dynamism that propels “Never Mind the Blocks” to unanticipated, spirited heights. You’re gonna rock out with your juice box out." -GeekDad

"All twelve songs on Never Mind The Blocks seek to inspire kids to be themselves, whether through being kind and gentle or bold and outspoken." -Hip NJ

"Mosaic" (2022):  Jumpin' Jamie's third album, "Mosaic" was produced by Bob Runkel (The DJ Bob Show) and John Naclerio.  Mosaic is an enthusiastic and rockin’ musical melding of genres, subjects, and people with overlying themes of inclusion and mental health. The high energy collection is meant to give people who have a disability, a non-mainstream lifestyle, or are different in anyway, representation.  It features guests from all over the world in every inhabited continent.

Album reviews:
"Mosaic is a collection that kids can enjoy whether or not their parents are in the room – and parents can say the same thing." -Jeff Cohen (GeekDad)

"(Mosaic) is savvy … musically gifted … but I have to add, very POSITIVE in its contributions.  I absolutely LOVE, for example, “Don’t Patronize Me”.  What a GREAT message! (Mosaic) is also filled with WISE and magnificent contributions. Another savvy example: “Eye of the Beholder.”  But (the) whole project is that way … “I Am Not An It” … “Empathy” … etc., etc.  BRAVO! Beyond doubt Grammy worthy but a whole lot more!"
-Mike Greenly , writer, lyricist

"Jumpin' Jamie's new album Mosaic is a fun journey through several musical styles and traversing through some challenging topics.  Jamie handles it all with a lot of energy and really catchy songs.  The energy brims on two of the opening songs "Don't Patronize Me" and "Let It Out".  There is a noticeable reggae feel on "Island" which really works.  The style veers towards punk rock on "They" and Jamie evokes a B-52's feel on the super-catchy "Truth Bomb".  The album wraps up in style with a poignant song called "Mosaic", which features some guest stars and is a perfect song message for all times.  This album is a fun ride and will be enjoyed by kids and parents alike!" - Patrick Adams, host of Kindie Rock Stars show and children's book author/musician
